1. Are there any other charges for signing up? No. Your only charge is your monthly fee. There would only be an additional charge if you decided to downgrade your Media Portal package at a later time.

2. If I signup, am I locked in to any type of long-term contract? No. You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. You simply login to the content management system of your Media Portal, and cancel with the click of a button.

3. What types of payment do you accept? We currently accept Visa and MasterCard only. At this time, we only accept payments online through our automated billing system. We cannot accept purchase orders, checks, or over-the-phone payments.

4. What is your refund policy? While you can cancel your account at any time, no refunds will be issued for non-usage.

5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my package at a later time? Yes you can. It’s easy. You’ll simply login to the content management system of your Media Portal, and upgrade or downgrade from the MY ACCOUNT section. You can upgrade with no additional administrative fee, but you will be billed a $129.00 administrative fee each time you downgrade.

6. Can I host my Media Portal on my own server? No. The Media Portal is only offered as a monthly service, and is not transferrable as a product.
