Are our media files uploaded to the Media Portal safely backed up?
Yes. Your files are backed up on a regular basis; however, it's still best for you to keep and maintain your digital media content on several hard drive locations, as we cannot be responsible for any lost data due to server malfunction or hardware failure.
Can anyone else access my Media Portal account and potentially harm my content?
No. You are the only one that can access your account. However, the Terms of Service agreement requires you to be responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The owners of this site and your Media Portal service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Can we install the Media Portal on our own server or hosting solution?
No. Your Media Portal is only offered as a monthly service, and is not transferrable as a product.
Can I have my Media Portal customized with different graphics or colors?
Your Media Portal is already flexible enough for you to upload your own graphics, and even change color settings for a few select areas. While we don't currently offer customization, there will be additional designs and color schemes at some point in the future, although the specific date is undetermined at the moment.
What is your policy on refunds?
While you can cancel your account at any time, no refunds will be issued for non-usage.
Am I obligated to a long term contract when I sign up?
No. You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. You simply login to the content management system of your Media Portal, and cancel with the click of a button.
